Mr. Levy’s primary area of practice is in construction law including contract drafting and negotiating, mechanics lien enforcement, and construction litigation.

After receiving his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications from the University of Toledo, Mr. Levy attended the University of Toledo College of Law. Born and raised in Toledo, Ohio, Mr. Levy relocated to Las Vegas upon receiving his law degree in 1984.

In 1989, Mr. Levy joined the law firm of Marquis & Aurbach, and also was selected as an honored member of Who’s Who In Practicing Attorneys. In 1993, Mr. Levy became a shareholder in Marquis & Aurbach. In 1994, Mr. Levy authored: Nevada Divorce Law: An Attorney’s Guide. As a member of the Young Lawyers Section of the State Bar of Nevada, Mr. Levy served as the Chairman of its Law Day Committee. He has also served on the Board of Directors of the Las Vegas Family Counseling Service. He currently serves as an arbitrator in the court annexed arbitration program. Recently, Mr. Levy received notoriety by receiving a $3,100,000 jury verdict in a case where 112 swimming pools cracked because of defective materials which were supplied to the client by one of its subcontractors. Along with obtaining this verdict, as well as actually collecting $3,250,000 for the client, Mr. Levy was inducted into the Million Dollar Advocates Forum.

When he is not at work, Mr. Levy enjoys spending time with his wife, Hali, daughter, Elana and son, Michael. Some of their favorite activities include traveling, movies, bowling and jet skiing.
