Mr. Sacco’s practice primarily consists of real estate litigation and transactional matters, including loan closings, landlord/tenant law, real estate development law, escrow and title insurance defense.
Mr. Sacco received a Bachelor of Arts Degree, cum laude from Ohio Wesleyan University in Delaware, Ohio. He obtained a Juris Doctor Degree, cum laude from Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Mr. Sacco is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar and Nevada Bar.
Mr. Sacco has been a practicing attorney in Nevada since 1977, and has tried numerous jury and bench civil trials. Mr. Sacco had his own law firm for approximately twenty years and became “of counsel” to the law firm of Marquis & Aurbach in August, 2001. Mr. Sacco is a member of the State Bar of Nevada, American Trial Lawyers Association, Nevada Trial Lawyers Association and Clark County Bar Association. Mr. Sacco previously served on the Client Security Fund Committee of the State Bar of Nevada and is a founding Pillar of Justice and past member of the Board of Governors of the Nevada Trial Lawyers Association.
Mr. Sacco enjoys a number of outdoor activities including cross-country skiing, downhill telemark skiing, fly-fishing and hiking.
