Mr.
Fox practices general civil and commercial
litigation.
Mr. Fox obtained his Bachelor of
Arts Degree in Political Science
from Montana State University. In
2003, Mr. Fox earned his Juris Doctor
from Thomas Jefferson School of Law,
where he graduated cum laude.
Mr. Fox was admitted to the
Nevada State Bar in 2004. After
law school Mr. Fox served as
a law clerk to the Honorable
Judge David A. Wiseman in the
Commonwealth of the Northern
Mariana Islands. Thereafter,
he clerked with the Honorable
Ron Parraguirre at the Eighth
Judicial District Court and also
at the Nevada Supreme Court. While
on law review, Mr. Fox published
a note on internet sales taxation
entitled, The Quill Is Mightier
Than The Sword: The Federal Government’s
Stranglehold on State and Local
Revenue, 25 T. Jefferson L.Rev.
469.
Mr. Fox enjoys spending time
with his wife and son, as well
as a variety of outdoor activities,
as well as reading and film.
