Mr. Richardson’s areas of practice focus on commercial and real estate matters, including real estate litigation, landlord tenant law, owners association and property management matters.

In 2001, Mr. Richardson graduated cum laude from Mount Marty College where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice and a double minor in Business Administration and Political Science. He received his Juris Doctor and Master of Business Administration from the University of Nebraska in 2004.

He was admitted to the Nevada Bar in 2004. Prior to joining Marquis & Aurbach, Mr. Richardson served as a law clerk to the Honorable Kenneth C. Cory in the Eighth Judicial District Court of Nevada. Mr. Richardson previously served as a law clerk for another Las Vegas law firm.

In his spare time, Mr. Richardson enjoys basketball, reading, movies, and music.
